PAKISTAN - Punjab Walled Cities and Heritage Areas Authority (PWCA)
    Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in conducting social audits, resettlement policy assessments, and compliance reviews in large-scale infrastructure or development projects, particularly those funded by the World Bank or AFD.
 Proven track record of expertise in, World Bank's Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) particularly ESS5, UNESCO Guidelines and AFD's E&S policies.
 Experience in conducting socio-economic surveys and data analysis related to involuntary resettlement.
 Familiarity with national regulations concerning land acquisition and resettlement in Pakistan is highly desirable.
 Annual Average turnover of up to Rs. 20 million over the past three (3) years from Audit Report.
