The attachments to the proceedings include documentation related to the proceedings.

In connection with the above, the form on this page serves to submit an offer with attachments, while the "Send a message to the Ordering Party" button is used for:
Asking questions to the Ordering Party,
Answers to the call to supplement the offer or submit explanations,
Sending the appeal/other.
Pursuant to art. 61. 1. And art. 63 para. 2 of the Public Procurement Law of September 11, 2019. Communication in these proceedings is carried out using electronic means of communication. The contracting authority withdraws from the use of electronic means of communication in the scope of samples (package No. 2 and 3). In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements set by the Employer in the description of the subject of the contract, pursuant to art. 65 (1) (4) of the Public Procurement Law, the contractor will present the samples.
