   Interested Applicants must provide information evidencing that they are qualified and experienced to perform those Services. For that purpose, documented evidence of recent and similar services shall be submitted.
Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on:
1) The contracts size and duration;
2)Experience profile and advisory services on DER such as distributed renewable energy, battery storage and EVs, as well as grid planning and integration, including load forecasting and technical and financial impact assessment;
3)Technical area and expertise in developing and delivering a capacity building program on managing and optimizing DER integration, knowledge of PV, EVs and energy storage systems, load forecast, technical and financial impact of DER integration on network performance, among others;
4) Demonstrated experience in providing consulting services to Electricity Utilities;
5) Regional experience working in Egypt, Middle-East and North Africa;
6) Working experience in developing cooperations projects.
The Client will also take into account for the evaluation of the applications the following items:
7) Technical skills and availability of the in-house experts;
8) Availability of local representation and partners;
9) Quality assurance procedures and certifications of the Applicant such as ISO 90001
