Phase I Section Between Vilafranca Del Penedès And Sant Pere De Riudebitlles, To Promote Healthy Mobility, And Interconnect The Rural Territory In A Sensitive And Respectful Way With The Landscape. The Actions Seek To Enhance The Value Of The Road, Through The Landscape Restoration And Naturalization Of The Degraded Spaces On The Sides Of The Road, To Promote The Ecological Values ​​Of The Adjacent Natural Environment, To Provide Climate Comfort To The Users And Finally To Provide Services For Cycle Tourists. The Executive Project For Landscape And Construction Adaptation Of The Diagonal Cycling Axis, Between Olèrdola And Sant Pere De Riudebitlles, Was Drawn Up By The Technical Team Of Leku Studio, Vaic Mobility And Mata Alta, With Jokin Santiago As Project Manager , Initially Approved On August 1, 2024 By Resolution Of The Board Of Governors And Published In The Bopb Of August 6, 2024 And The Dogc Of August 12, 2024. These Actions, Promoted By The Regional Council Of The Alt Penedès Are Part Of The Alt Penedès Destination Tourism Sustainability Plan, Financed With The Funds Of The European Union Nextgenerationeu. Specifically, The Actions Of Program 1 Of Axis 1 "Adaptation, Integration And Landscape Restoration Around The Diagonal Cycling Axis", And Of Programs 1, "Cyclable Path Diagonal Penedès Axis", And 2, "Areas Of Service Of The Cycle Path Of The Penedès Diagonal Axis” Of Axis 2. This Contract Contributes To The Climate Labels 050 And 075 Defined In Annex I Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 Which Establishes The Mechanism Of The Mrr, Which Contribute 40% And 100% To The Climate Objectives Defined By The European Union Respectively. Specifically, The Contract Will Contribute 16% To Label 050 And 84% To Label 075.
