The Object Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Provision Of The Postal Services Of The Regional Council Of Vallès Occidental, Including The Collection, Deposit, Admission, Classification, Treatment, Course, Transport, Distribution And Delivery Of Postal Parcels, As Well As, When Applicable, Return Services, Receipt Notices, Proof Of Delivery And The Rest Of The Ancillary Actions Directly Linked To The Execution Of The Different Modalities Of Postal Parcels Subject To The Contract, In Accordance With The Operational Needs Of The Administration That Guarantees Processing Without Displacement Of The Ccvoc Staff Outside The County Offices, And The Administrative Notification Service With Two Attempts And Notice Of Receipt (Ar) With Verifiable Evidence Of Receipt, Refusal Or Impossibility Of Delivery, In The Terms And Minimum Levels Required Described In The Plec De Prescripcions Técnics (Henceforth, Ppt), Which Is An Integral Part Of The Contract. Likewise, The Contract Includes Services For The Mass Distribution Of Informational Or Commercial Communications (Bulk Mail) And Specific Parcel Services Linked To The Ordinary Operational Needs Of The County Council, Incorporating Environmentally Responsible Public Procurement Measures Aimed At Reducing The Environmental Impact Derived From The Execution Of The Service.
