II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Expansion and
renovation Sokndal primary and secondary school. The total area of the new
buildings (including the new building and the new extension) is approx. 3
550 m2 and approx. 5 450 m2 is to be renovated. In addition the outdoor
areas are to be developed. See the tender documents for further

SECTION III: LEGAL, ECONOMIC, FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT
III.1.1) Deposits and guarantees required: See the tender documents: Bank
guarantee.
III.1.2) Main financing conditions and payment arrangements and/or
reference to the relevant provisions regulating them: See the tender

III.1.3) Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to
whom the contract is to be awarded: Central certification is preferred.
Local certification will be accepted if the necessary documentation from
the tenderer is enclosed. Sokndal municipality emphasizes:
An award of contract to companies who do not have central certification
will be on the condition that the municipality's building authorities
agree to award responsibility rights and local certification to the
respective companies.
III.1.4) Other particular conditions to which the performance of the
contract is subject: Yes.
Sokndal municipality reserve the right to reject all tenders, as well as
completely cancel the competition if there are justifiable reasons for
doing so. Sokndal municipality is not responsible for any costs incurred
by the tenderer whilst preparing or sending a tender. This is both for
tenders which are accepted and for those which are rejected.
Sokndal municipality emphasizes that:
The contract is subject to the council approving a sufficiently large
grant so that the project can be carried out. As the application for
permission to carry out the measures will be sent after the tender
documents have been made available, the contract will be subject to the
building authorities approving the relevant measures, as well as approval
from other relevant authorities.
